Prof. Arun Kumar, Chairman Bihar Legislative Council, released " Dui Patan Ke Beech Mein” a book written by PSI Fellow,Dr D.K. Mishra, in Patna on May 14, 2007. The book published by PSI gives a people’s perspective on the technical and social aspects of the annual floodsin the Kosi basin. It is an attempt to initiate a debate between politicians, bureaucrats, technocrats and the affected people on the issue of floods.
